As shown in the pictures and videos, all the cuties will be well packaged, which would be a perfect gift for yourself, your family and your friends.
All cuties are randomly selected for each order, if you want to see an example of what you might get, check out our packing videos.
IMPORTANT:
- You can leave us your TikTok account if you want us to tag you when posting videos.
- You can leave your references request (style/colors of nails) in the box of your shopping cart before checkout. We might miss your messages before we pack your orders with emails, or tiktok message. So please remember to leave us notes in the order. We will do our best to meet your satisfaction. But please note that there is no guarantee that you will receive your exact request. Not all color schemes/themes are possible due to inventory.
- If you order several scoops orders before, you may receive duplicate items. We will pack all your orders together before shipping out. But we do not know what you received in previous packages. Please leave a note of the items you already have and you want to avoid duplicates, we will try to accommodate.
- Charming packages are custom, the cuties will be picked random for each order, so it won't able to be returned or exchanged, please check carefully before placing an order. We package orders individually, therefore some orders may take longer to be fulfilled than others. Our current processing time is 2-3 business days, if you have designated items order, it will take 3-5 business days. But it is subject to change at any time.

My first mystery purchase was with this company after finding them on tiktok. Loved everything and the thought they add into each package including the care they put in. I bought these mystery scoops for my daughters birthday. She absolutely loves them! She loves the character: Cinnamon Roll and received so many items with that character. The make of them is pretty good. The customer service is absolutely awesome as they answered all my questions and even helped me when I had trouble locating my package. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
